How to Opt Out

Text Messages (SMS/MMS)

To stop receiving text messages, simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You may also text HELP for assistance.

Phone Calls

To be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, you may:

• Tell the agent during any phone call that you wish to be placed on the Do Not Call list
• Submit a request through the contact form on this website with the subject "Do Not Call Request"

Our Commitment

Once we receive your request, we will:

• Process your request within 30 days
• Add your phone number to our internal Do Not Call list
• Cease all telemarketing calls and automated text messages to your number
• Maintain your number on our Do Not Call list for a minimum of 5 years

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from contacting you regarding an active real estate transaction or in response to a direct inquiry you initiate.

You may also register your phone number with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222.
