Every contractor has a different business model. We provide services that most contractors do not including:
(1) An expert consultant to answer any questions you have about the process of remodeling. During our free consultations we discuss many topics. Some of those topics include feasibility, budget, design, and functionality.
(2) An interior designer to assist with product selection out of our Escondido Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom. We coordinate with you to ensure your finish materials are designed aesthetically, functionally, and within your budget. Best of all – our team handles all the material purchases and deliveries, even though YOU select the materials for your space!
(2) A team of installers to build your home remodel. Our team is comprised of technicians on our payroll as well as sub-contractors who perform specialty trade work (ie: tile setting).
(3) A project manager to ensure the project stays on task for timely completion and to verify the highest level of craftsmanship is achieved, in a safe and secure manner, while keeping you updated of all progress on a daily basis. Our project managers have a minimum of 20 years of construction and remodeling experience.
(4) Your General Contractor to orchestrate the entire team so you can have the home remodeling experience that leaves you satisfied with your decision to hire our team.
