Nice waterfront with older cabin with great lake and mountain views. Needs lots of work. There is a boat garage below that has a launch ramp that needs repair. The deck also needs work. The pilings for the pier are still in but the pier itself is gone. There is a small work shop area in the back of the down stairs. There are several additional rooms under the house. The water supply seems to be taken from the lake.
